A traveling flower bar experience to mark your moment. We grow every bloom we bring—organically, tenderly, and with joy. Then we pack up the buckets, the tools, and our heart-forward approach to help your guests build their own hand-tied bouquets. Whether it's a wedding exit, a baby shower full of love, or a birthday blooming with possibility—we're honored to be part of it. Offerings include: 💐 50–100+ stems of seasonal, farm-grown flowers ✂️ Tools, vases or wraps, signage, and full setup 🌸 Onsite floral guide to support your guests 🎨 Optional add-ons like flower crowns or herbal bundles Special Features: Weddings: A floral favor your guests will cherish (without stealing your centerpieces). Baby Showers: Our Baby in Bloom bar features soft pastels, curated greenery, and a peaceful setup designed for the tender energy of new life. Corporate Retreats: A sensory experience that fosters connection, mindfulness, and creativity. Bridal & Engagement Parties: Celebrate your love story with flowers as vibrant as your joy.
Cancellation Policy
📌 True Grit Booking Policy We’re so glad you’re considering bringing the blooms to your special gathering. Here's what you should know before booking: 💸 Deposits & Payments Payment plans available upon request for larger bookings. 🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your event may be rescheduled once without penalty. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit of 35%. In the case of severe weather (for outdoor events), we’ll work with you to reschedule if possible. 🚛 Delivery & Travel We serve locations within 40 miles of our farm in Virginia. Travel fees apply for anything beyond that. DIY Kits can be delivered or picked up (delivery fee may apply). 🌸 Seasonal Notes All flowers are grown by us or sourced from partner farms that match our organic and regenerative values. We can’t guarantee specific blooms, but we can promise seasonal, lush, and unforgettable florals. Our Promise We grow and design flowers with care, ceremony, and joy.
