Subscription & Membership Policies

Everything you need to know about our Floral Society subscriptions: billing, pauses, skips, renewals, and fair use practices.

Our memberships are designed as an ongoing relationship with the farm. These policies exist to protect the integrity of that relationship while offering reasonable flexibility within seasonal, agricultural realities.

Billing Cycles

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at signup.

What to expect:

  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle

  • Monthly memberships are billed monthly

  • Seasonal or quarterly memberships are billed at the interval stated at purchase

  • Prices are locked in for the duration of the active term

You will receive an email confirmation with each successful charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that billing information remains current.

Pausing or Skipping a Month

We understand that travel, schedule shifts, or personal needs arise.

Our pause and skip guidelines:

  • Members may request to pause or skip one delivery per season at no penalty

  • Requests must be submitted by the stated cutoff date for that delivery cycle

  • Paused or skipped deliveries do not result in refunds, but may be rescheduled when possible within the same season

Because flowers are grown, harvested, and designed in advance, last‑minute pause requests cannot always be accommodated.

Cancellations

Memberships are intended to be seasonal commitments.

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing through your account or by contacting us

  • Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has begun apply to the following cycle

  • We do not offer refunds for deliveries already scheduled or prepared

If you are experiencing hardship, we encourage you to reach out. We approach these conversations with care and discretion.

Delivery and Pickup Commitments

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the delivery or pickup option selected at checkout.

Member responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate delivery or pickup information

  • Be available during scheduled delivery windows or pickup times

  • Retrieve flowers promptly at pickup

Missed deliveries or uncollected pickups may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Quality and Freshness Expectations

We are committed to offering flowers that reflect seasonal beauty and thoughtful care.

What members can expect:

  • Flowers are harvested and designed close to delivery whenever possible

  • Designs reflect the season, weather, and natural variation of farm‑grown flowers

  • Size, color palette, and specific varieties may vary week to week

What members agree to:

  • Accept natural variation as part of working with fresh, seasonal flowers

  • Follow provided care instructions to extend vase life

If you have concerns about quality upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and respond appropriately.

Fair Use

Memberships are for personal enjoyment or internal business use as outlined in your plan.

Resale, redistribution, or use beyond the stated scope of your membership is not permitted without prior agreement.

Questions or Support

Membership questions are always welcome. Clear communication helps us care for you and the flowers well.

Please contact us before making changes whenever possible so we can support you within the rhythms of the farm.
