Why We're Showing Up
804 Day is an opportunity to celebrate what makes Richmond special: the people.
At True Grit Farm & Flower, we believe flowers can do more than decorate a space. They can express gratitude, spark conversation, and help people feel seen.
This year, we're bringing together flowers, storytelling, and community participation to create a space where appreciation takes center stage.
Through interactive experiences, community nominations, and opportunities to gather, we'll invite visitors to recognize the neighbors, mentors, educators, artists, organizers, and everyday changemakers who help shape our city.
